Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states) only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.

Where we ship from

Orders ship from our warehouse in Louisville, KY (821 S 38th St, Louisville, KY 40211, United States).

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day start processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery (transit) time

After shipping, delivery takes 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday), so 6–12 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Once your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. See Track your order.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
