Where do you ship from?
From our warehouse in Louisville, KY.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), then delivered in 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday) — 6–12 business days in total. Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day start processing the same day.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also use our Track your order page.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay and send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our return policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 10 business days after we receive and check your return, to your original payment method.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
In which currency are prices shown?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

How do I find my size?
